* Per-incident service is billed at $40 per 15 minutes remotely or $175/hr with a 1-hour minimum on-site (Front Row clients have 1-hour of onsite service included each month and Concierge clients have unlimited onsite visits).
** Remote monitoring and repairs may require additional monitoring equipment and a $375 set-up fee (waived if the annual amount is paid in advance) and may not be possible for all devices.
*** Service loaners subject to availability for BACKSTAGE PASS level.
Advanced CareFREE Remote/Phone support may require homeowner or representative to be on-site at a scheduled time during business hours. System repairs subject to manufacturer warranties unless otherwise noted. New programming and system upgrades are billed at current rates. Third-party Integration systems require on-site evaluation and may require possible plan changes. Terms and conditions subject to change with 30-days notice.
